About Your Host: Jared is an avid Real Estate Investor, Consultant and Mentor. By his 30th Birthday he was a self made millionaire.

Jared’s professional career started as a sales rep for a distribution company at the early age of 19. By the age of 21 he had started his first company. Over the course of 10 years, it became one of the top five companies in the state of California for industrial repair. In 2007, Jared sold off his interest to allow him to focus all of his efforts on his passion, Commercial Real Estate Investing. This company still operates successfully today. With continued success he has started several other companies. Their focus ranges from assisting property managers to raising private capital for Commercial Investment (permitted by his S.E.C registration).

Over much of the last 7 years, Jared has been involved in Real Estate Investing. It started with land in his own neighborhood and quickly turned to single family residences. From there, it progressed into Commercial Real Estate. He has been involved in everything from small apartment complexes in the “Go Zone” to high rise condo developments in Panama City, Panama.

In 2008, Jared became of part of “The Dessauer Group” with John Dessauer. As a previous student and mentee to John, Jared has now become a mentor to many others across the country. This was the launch of his speaking career. Jared speaks on many platforms across the United States on topics such as Real Estate Investing, Consulting and Business Development. Jared has spoken with experts such as Omar Periu, John Childers and John Dessauer.

Jared is married to his wife Jill and has two children. In the summer, he spends his time traveling to the Midwest in his motor home and returns to Redlands, CA in the winter.
